These terms govern your use of Savi, an AI receptionist service for WhatsApp operated by Angels Immigration & Education Consultant, 505, Sector 82, Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab 160055 (“Savi”, “we”). By subscribing you agree to them.
Savi answers messages sent to your WhatsApp Business number, replies in the customer's language, can quote your fees, send a payment link, confirm payment, offer your available slots and issue a meeting link. You watch it on a dashboard we call the Control Room.
Savi is a tool that acts on your instructions and your knowledge base. It is not a guarantee of bookings, revenue or outcomes, and we make no representation about how many enquiries it will convert.
Setup and subscription fees are those set out in your order or proposal. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
WhatsApp message charges are billed to you by Meta directly, from the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account. We neither collect nor mark up those charges. Payment gateway fees are likewise charged by your payment provider.
Prices may be revised at renewal on 30 days' written notice.
You own your customer data. Conversations, contacts, bookings and documents belong to you. You may export them at any time, and we will provide an export on request when your account closes.
We own the service. The automation logic, prompts, compliance rules, dashboard software and configuration are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own business while the subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying logic.
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform these terms.
We aim to keep Savi running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service. Parts of the service depend on Meta, your payment provider and your calendar provider, and their outages are outside our control. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
Either of us may end the subscription on 30 days' written notice, or at the end of the committed term if one applies. We may suspend the service immediately if fees are unpaid, if use of the service breaches these terms or Meta's policies, or if continuing would put our platform or other clients at risk. On termination your Control Room access ends; your exported data remains yours.
Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mohali, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
